Tracy’s love
OF COOKING
After teaching for over 20 years, I transitioned into the world of cake decorating. I began sharing my creations with friends and acquaintances, and their positive feedback was overwhelming. One local manufacturer, impressed by the quality and taste of my treats, encouraged me to turn my passion into a business.
I approached several retailers to sell my products. One local retailer called me for a chat, but it wasn't what I expected. She began by saying, “You don’t know your market, do you? This is Fine Food. You need to reach out to brands like Jamie Oliver.” Those words have stuck with me ever since.
My quest to find "my market" led me to the Guild of Fine Foods in 2017 and to Jayne Shields at the Black Country Chamber of Commerce in March 2018. During our first meeting, Jayne said, “We are going to build the foundations of this business.” That moment inspired me to start a business focused on creating gifts for personal and corporate occasions. With the foundations laid, we are now striving for growth. Working with Jayne this year has been incredible. Her support has been beyond measure, and I am truly grateful.
