Try our award-winning fruit cake, handcrafted in small batches. It follows a family recipe that’s over 100 years old. We named it “Mamma’s Jamaican Fruit Cake” to honour mothers who keep family recipes alive.

Crafted with Care:

Ingredients: We soak the finest dried fruits in Jamaican rums for at least one year. This process gives the cake a unique flavour, which is a Woolery Forbes hallmark. Also, each cake is made by hand in small batches, adding love and care.

Traditional and Sustainable:

No Artificial Preservatives: We prepare the cake simply and sustainably, without artificial additives.

Size: 6 inch/15.24cm square

Best Before Date: The date is printed on the packaging. Enjoy the cake with Woolery Forbes’ Daddy’s Dessert Cream. It also pairs well with Stilton cheese or premium cheddar.

Storage Instructions:

Store: Keep the cake in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat, and use the original packaging.
After Opening: Refrigerate the cake and keep closed in the original package.

Additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.

Delivery charges and pricing for bespoke products will be discussed with customers on a case by case basis. Bespoke orders must be placed at least 4 months in advance of delivery date.

Please note that throughout our busy periods standard delivery services may be affected and delivery times maybe longer than expected. Delivery days are calculated as working days as they exclude weekends.
