Mamma’s Jamaican Fruit Cake is a moist, dark and boozily delicious cake which is very rich with fruits and flavour. It is light when eaten so it melts away in one’s mouth.

An award-winning decadent treat, made by hand in small batches.

Created from a family recipe which is well over 100 years old. It is affectionately called “Mamma’s Jamaican Fruit Cake” as a tribute to the mothers who are usually the custodians of the family’s recipes.

This cake requires much patience to make. The finest selection of dried fruits are soaked in our family’s selection of Jamaican alcohol for the minimum of 1 year. This preparation of the fruit gives the cake a distinct flavour unique to Woolery Forbes. Making the cakes by hand in small batches ensures that much love and care are infused into each treat, which only a human touch can add.

Staying true to the history of this product is simply and sustainably made without artificial preservatives.

Made with three year old fermented fruits using a blend of Jamaican rums.

Size: 6 inch/15.24cm square

Best Before Date is printed on the packaging.

Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight and heat in the original packaging.

Once open, refrigerate. Ensure that the package remains closed during storage.

Consume within 21 days of first opening the package.

Additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.

Delivery charges and pricing for bespoke products will be discussed with customers on a case by case basis. Bespoke orders must be placed at least 4 months in advance of delivery date.

Please note that throughout our busy periods standard delivery services may be affected and delivery times maybe longer than expected. Delivery days are calculated as working days as they exclude weekends.
