This 6-inch (15.24 cm) round simnel cake combines fruits matured in three types of Jamaican alcohol. Our award-winning cake boasts a rich fruit base and includes a layer of marzipan baked right into the middle. After baking, we decorate the cake with marzipan, which is then toasted and finished with 24k edible gold.

Just like all Woolery Forbes products, this simnel cake is handmade with love in small batches. We use only the finest natural ingredients from a family recipe that’s over 100 years old. The fruits, fermented for three years with a blend of Jamaican rums, contribute to its exceptional flavor.
