Our Fine Food award winning Mamma’s Jamaican fruit cake is created from a family recipe which is well over 100 years old. It is affectionately called “Mamma’s Jamaican Fruit Cake” as a tribute to the mothers who are usually the custodians of the family’s recipes. Staying true to the history of this product it is kept simple without artificial preservatives. It takes time to create the final product.
The selected dried fruits are hand cut and soaked in a blend of selected traditional Jamaican alcohol for a year, and it is tended to throughout this period. Making it by hand ensures that love and care are infused into each treat, which only a human touch can add.
Made with three year old fermented fruits using a blend of Jamaican rums.
Ingredients: Dried Fruits, Candid Fruits, Flour (GLUTEN) Sugar, EGGS, Butter (MILK), Alcohol, MILK, ALMOND, Mixed Spices and Salt
Main Decoration: Sugar Paste and Marzipan (ALMOND)

Best Before Date is printed on the packaging.
Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight and heat in the original packaging.
Once open, refrigerate. Ensure that the package remains closed during storage.
