This rich fruit cake has a sweet almond surprise in the middle, elegantly draped with freshly toasted marzipan and adorned with shimmering edible gold.

A luxuriously rich and very delicious cake. The perfect size for gifting including corporate and self gifting. A rich fruit cake baked with marzipan in the middle of the cake. It is covered, decorated and toasted with fresh toasted marzipan. Sprinkles of edible gold decorates the top of the cake. Small enough for one person and large enough for sharing.

Made with three year old fermented fruits using a blend of Jamaican rums.

Ingredients: Dried Fruits, Candid Fruits, Flour (GLUTEN) Sugar, EGGS, Butter (MILK), Alcohol, MILK, ALMOND, Marzipan (ALMOND), Mixed Spices and Salt

Main Decoration: Marzipan (ALMOND)
